Requirements:
Knowledge of Energy Management (an asset)
Certified Red Seal Electrical Journeyperson (minimum 1 year required)
Experience with Instrumentation, Automation, HVAC, AAS, BAS (preferred)
Familiar with Microsoft Visio
Good understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code. FSR-B is (an asset)
Knowledge of programming, access, and surveillance systems, fire alarm, and network topology
N4/Tridium certification (an asset)
Trained with Distech Controls (an asset)
Graphic Design is (an asset)
Solid written and verbal communication
Attention to detail
Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities (electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving, networking)




Must have a valid driver’s license and hold a clean driving record
Willing to work after hours and on an on-call rotational basis
Team player that functions well in a busy environment
