Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and other specialty dishes with precision and flair

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety standards
Assist with menu planning by suggesting new breakfast offerings and seasonal specials
Handle food ingredients properly, ensuring proper storage and rotation to minimize waste
Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver timely service during busy morning hours




Ensure all food handling procedures meet health regulations and safety protocols

Qualifications
Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a restaurant or food industry setting
Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
Experience with fine dining or catering environments is a plus
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
