Overview
We are seeking several dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a quick-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that dishes are prepared to perfection and served in a timely manner to work all sections of the front line -pasta/pizza, fryer, grill.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.

Skills




Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including chopping, grilling, frying, and baking.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the food industry.
Experience working in a restaurant or similar food service environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
