Scope of Work The subcontractor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the assigned commercial premises while consistently meeting our quality standards.

Schedule
2 days per week

Main Responsibilities
Perform general commercial cleaning tasks
Dust and clean furniture and surfaces
Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors
Clean washrooms, common areas,



and other designated spaces
Ensure all work meets Exclusive Maintenance's quality standards

Requirements
Previous experience in commercial cleaning
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Qualified attitude and valuable communication skills
Own cleaning equipment and supplies (if applicable)
Registered as an independent contractor (valid business number required)
Valid liability insurance
