Typical Duties
Must have extensive road, waterworks, and sewer construction experience
Be able to coordinate construction activities for a project and ensure activities are executed in a protected, healthy, environmentally responsible and efficient manner
Strength in identifying needs and deficiencies in looking ahead at the plan/schedule and communicating these to the appropriate persons
Experience in overseeing the execution of the work, including quality and production, by ensuring that the crews work to job specifications and follow drawings




Must be able to collaborate with Superintendent/Project Managers as to equipment needs, job procedures, manpower needs, job scope changes, or any issues that arise on the job site.
Knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, plans and specifications.
Extensive knowledge of the materials and equipment required in mainline water & sewer projects

Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in a construction leadership role
Construction Health & Safety knowledge and experience
Time management and organization skills
Effective problem solving and decision making skills
Positive and skilled attitude
A self-motivated personality that can be successful independently and in a team environment
