Chef needed for fine Italian cuisine with at least 2 years’ experience 5 days a week from 3pm-11pm (closing). restaurant is located in the west-island.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and recipes provided
Ensure that food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
Monitor food quality and ensure that it meets the established standards
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workplace
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Skills:
Robust attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
