Duties
Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at the box office
Sell tickets accurately using point-of-sale systems and process cash, credit, or digital payments
Assist guests with ticketing questions, event information, and seating arrangements
Manage queues efficiently during busy periods to ensure smooth entry for all visitors
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
Maintain organized records of ticket sales and perform end-of-shift reconciliations
Support food service operations when applicable, including handling food orders or assisting with concessions
Requirements
Prior experience working with customer service is highly desirable
Solid public speaking skills to confidently communicate with diverse audiences
Proven customer service background with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Experience in cash handling and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Lift 30 Pounds
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to enhance guest interactions
