Primary Duties/Responsibilities
Contribute to producing quality food products for off-site events, catering events
Having ownership and accountability for food preparation and production
Ensure consistency of product for all guests by way of portion control standards set by the Executive Chef
Maintain a positive attitude when working with the full kitchen team




Follow protected food handling techniques and ensure a clean and organized station

Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience in a similar and relevant role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced workplace
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
Possesses robust organizational skills
Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow
Food Handler’s Certification (preferred but not required)
Diver’s license (preferred but not required)
