Responsibilities would be to create residential architectural construction documents utilizing AutoCad software.

The Responsibilities
Prepare and review customer-specific home plans using established master sets, ensuring accurate implementation of elevations, detailing, and purchased options.
Robust understanding of recent projects including knowledge of building methods and materials;
Prepare jobs for developer and permit applications;
Meet and maintain production schedules;
Provide plan input for value engineering, in conjunction with other departments

5+ years of industry related experience
Experience with Architectural Drafting software, ex. AutoCad, or Revit Architecture;
Experience with drafting plot plans
Knowledge with construction details and practices in order to produce material quantity outputs for estimating and purchasing;




Proven ability to provide feasible recommendations to complex problems in a highly time-sensitive environment;
Ability to organize and prioritize effectively between day‑to‑day and project‑based work;
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks;
Solid work ethic with an attention to detail;
Willingness and ability to learn;
Self‑motivated for success;
Residential construction experience is considered an asset

Post‑secondary degree, post‑secondary diploma in Architectural Technology, or equivalent
