Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our facility, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe, clean, and effective work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to team success in a rapid-paced setting.

Duties
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects or tasks
Perform general cleaning and maintenance of workspaces to ensure safety and cleanliness
Help with moving supplies, tools, and products throughout the facility
Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
Support team members with miscellaneous tasks that contribute to overall project goals
Operate basic hand tools or machinery if required (training provided)

Requirements




Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
Prior experience in manual labour or construction is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to work well within a team setting and adapt to changing priorities
Reliable transportation or proximity to the work site is preferred
