Duties
Assist with site cleanup, organizing materials, and preparing work areas for upcoming tasks
Load and unload supplies, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, setting up scaffolding, or assisting with minor tasks
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Operate basic machinery and equipment as trained and authorized
Perform general maintenance duties such as trash removal, fencing repairs, or surface leveling




Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards

Requirements
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Robust work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial setting
Prior experience in labouring or construction is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
