Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items, ensuring all food is ready for cooking or plating
Follow recipes and portioning guidelines accurately to maintain consistency and quality
Assist with basic cooking tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards
Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling procedures and storage techniques
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing prep tasks and replenishing supplies




Ensure all food preparation areas are stocked, organized, and ready for service at all times

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Knowledge of food handling safety practices and basic meal preparation techniques
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced setting
Robust attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
Familiarity with serving protocols and food industry standards is a plus
