Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Technician to support our landscaping team in maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is eager to learn and grow within the landscaping industry. This role involves hands-on lawn care and general landscape maintenance tasks under the direction of the Care Team Leader.

Responsibilities
Perform routine lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as weeding, planting, mulching, and pruning.
Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.
Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers).
Follow instructions from the Care Team Leader to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and company vehicles.
Identify and report any issues or maintenance needs on properties.
Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards.

Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in landscaping or lawn care is an asset but not required.




Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
Robust work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of lawn care and gardening practices is beneficial.
Ability to operate or willingness to learn landscaping equipment.
Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
