Your Responsibilities
Manage patient scheduling, recalls, and follow-ups
Process payments and insurance claims accurately
Maintain an organized and effective front desk
Deliver a warm, qualified, and welcoming patient experience
Support daily flow and communication within the team
What You Bring
Minimum 3+ years of dental administration experience (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
A proactive, dependable, and positive attitude
Professional and confident presence
Experience with Dentrix (asset)
