Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Mixer drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and mixing materials for concrete production, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires a understanding of heavy equipment operation and mechanical knowledge, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting.

Duties
Maintaining an accurate log book
Performing various administrative duties including submitting delivery slips to customers, collecting payments for deliveries, and other tasks as required.
Driving in a safe and courteous manner at all times.
Adding products to the mix manually, when required.
Cleaning the ready-mix truck and mixer, both inside and out, following product delivery.
Operate heavy equipment for mixing and transporting materials.
Prepare concrete mixtures according to specifications, ensuring proper ratios and consistency.
Ensuring that the unit meets all safety guidelines, at all times.




Conduct routine maintenance checks on mixing equipment and report any issues.
Wear proper PPE when required, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications
At least 3 years driving experience with comparable equipment.
Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues is an asset.
Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and practices is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as required.
