Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers while providing outstanding customer service. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, maintain cleanliness in the café, and ensure that all food safety standards are met. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks.
Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations and dining areas.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure all products are stored properly.




Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Requirements
Food industry experience is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Experience with POS systems is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others.
