M&I; Sushi Craft is looking for a reliable Sushi Preparer to join our team in Fenelon Falls, Ontario. The successful candidate will assist with preparing and packaging sushi and other food items, maintaining a clean and organized work area, stocking supplies, and serving customers. No previous experience is required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
Prepare, portion and wrap food items
Package take-out food
Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim food
Stock refrigerators and food preparation areas
Receive, unpack and store supplies
Serve customers at the counter
Maintain food safety and proper food-handling practices
Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
Remove kitchen garbage and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements
No degree,



certificate or diploma required
No previous experience required; training will be provided
Basic English communication skills
Reliable and dependable
Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Attention to detail and positive attitude

Job Details
Permanent, full time
30–40 hours per week
$19.00 per hour
Morning, daytime and weekend availability
