Holzbau Contracting is seeking an experienced Walk-In Cooler & Freezer Installer to join our team for a commercial installation project at Costco in Lloydminster. We are looking for a skilled, dependable skilled with a strong background in commercial refrigeration enclosure installation who takes pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient job site.
Responsibilities
Assemble and install commercial walk-in coolers and freezers according to manufacturer specifications and project drawings.
Read and interpret installation drawings, layouts, and shop plans.
Install insulated wall and ceiling panels, doors, hardware, and accessories with precision.
Ensure installations are level, plumb, square, and properly sealed.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to maintain project schedules.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all site safety policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience of similar work
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality workmanship.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
Must have appropriate PPE for a commercial construction site.
Schedule
10-hour shifts
6 days per week
Overtime may be available based on project requirements.
