Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled load Broker to join our team. Must have 2+ years of experience.

Duties:
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

-Loadlink, Truck stop knowledge.
Custom, Custom clearing, Custom issue resolving.
Canadian/ US Custom bond knowledge.

-CBSA Knowledge.
Finding suitable carrier to haul our freight.
Negotiate rates with carriers.
Provide guidance and assistance to carriers, and clients.
Maintain organized records of freight, carriers, customers.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Transportation.
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities
Ability to find and communicate with carriers.
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
