Overview
Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and anyone with legal permission to work in Canada (e.g., post-graduate work permit, open work permit) are welcome to apply.

Duties
Making sushi rice with the right consistency and flavor.
Cutting and preparing fish, other seafood, and vegetables.
Rolling and cutting sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri.
Creating specialized and artistic sushi dishes according to customers' orders
Ensuring all sushi bar and preparation areas are clean and sanitized.
Following food safety regulations and standards.
Properly storing ingredients to maintain freshness.
Managing inventory and keeping track of stock levels.

Qualifications
We prefer candidates have at least one year of sushi cook experience.

Pay: From $16.35 per hour
