Job Summary:

Northplex Ltd. is currently seeking a Full Time Labourer, Yard Maintenance located in Barrhead, AB. This position is responsible for the overall maintenance, cleanliness and organization of the yard and the facility.

Key Responsibilites:
Focus on cleanliness of the yard and equipment
Moving materials and equipment around yard
Load and unload materials with a loader as well as by hand
Yard and property maintenance; responsible for maintaining the yard as well as the inventory located on the property
Assisting in pulling houses out of the plant
Assisting stockyard to putting away materials
Unload incoming materials on trailers
Organized and be able to multi-task simultaneously
Must be experienced in operating a Zoom Boom
Must be experienced in operating a front loader
Must be experienced in operating a Forklift
Some Mechanics experience required
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Position Knowledge, Skills, & Experience:




Valid Driver License
Equipment operation experience is an asset
Highly organized, good work ethic, willing to learn, and valuable attendance
Team-player with good attitude
Must be able to lift up to a max of 50 lbs
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Proven ability to work in a secure manner and follow safety procedures
