This full-time role involves not just training, but also engaging in on-the-job instruction in collaboration with the Ramp Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the local training initiative
• Ensure accurate training documentation and records
• Schedule and conduct both initial and recurrent training




• Facilitate job shadowing experiences for new hires
• Train and coach on best operational practices

Requirements:
• Proven background in training, ideally in aviation
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Must possess RAIC, AVOP, and a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel, with expenses covered
