To thrive as a Pro Sales Associate, you must be approachable, organized, and genuinely interested in helping customers. Basic computer skills are required to use our customer‑management software.
As a Pro Sales Associate at Behr, you’ll work in a Home Depot store focused on skilled painting contractors. You’ll build relationships with local pros, provide them with the right paint products, mix paint, and help them complete their jobs quickly.
Responsibilities Start conversations with contractors and understand their business needs.
Maintain ongoing relationships with professional customers and follow up on their jobs.
Collaborate with Behr’s outside sales reps and Home Depot staff to deliver paint, tint, and tools.
Pull and tint orders for pick‑up and collaborate with store staff to service customers efficiently.
Operate the store during peak selling times, including weekends, holidays, and shifts that can extend until 7p.m.
Lift up to 75lbs. as required.
Enter all new leads and contacts into Salesforce.
Qualifications Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.




Self‑starter who can work independently and jump in where help is needed.
Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Bilingualism is a bonus, though not required.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior experience in paint or sales is not required; training will be provided.
