About the Role Wage per hour $18.73. Cogir Senior Living manages retirement residences across the country, offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care for over 25 years.
What You’ll Do Support and deliver personalized activities of daily living for residents, including ambulatory support, personal hygiene, companionship, and nutritional support.
Document task completion on the electronic health record platform throughout the shift.
Identify and communicate changes in resident care needs to clinical leads.
Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
What You’ll Bring Personal Support Worker Certification from a certified educational facility or internationally educated nurse.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification.
Current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) or willingness to obtain one.
Strong drive, respect, and understanding of the emotional and physical demands of the role.




Teamwork and customer service focus with ability to build trusted relationships.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
Volunteer or working experience in a Senior Living setting is an asset but not required.
