As a key member of the Transitions Team, you will create programming focused on recovery and life skills. Your responsibilities include guiding clients through various appointments, maintaining accurate data, and facilitating educational sessions on health topics. This position also involves role modeling Alpha House’s core values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop recovery-focused case plans tailored to clients
• Provide transportation to medical and treatment appointments
• Create and lead workshops on health and addiction




• Ensure accurate documentation of client progress
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

Requirements:
• Diploma in a relevant social science field
• Minimum two years of case work experience related to addiction
• Knowledge of Indigenous programs preferred
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Class 5 (Non-GDL) driver’s license necessary
