Store - DRUMMONDVILLE, QC
Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of framers focused on building customer relationships and creating framing solutions.
Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions for their art.
Assist the Store Manager in ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, compliance with applicable laws, and execution of company policies and standards.
Hold the team accountable for store conditions and results.
Develop and coach team members on selling behaviors.
Plan workload in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver high‑quality custom framing solutions on time.
Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to reach role KPIs.
Review sales and production workload; build plans and sales‑floor time for networking.
Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
Help interview, onboard, coach, observe, and train new team members; support talent development and performance management activities.
Partner with MODs daily on framing expectations.
Interact with others respectfully, remain positive, and promote the organization’s vision and values.




Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to meet standards and budget.
Follow SOPs and company programs to maintain a secure environment.
Acknowledge customers, help locate product, and provide solutions.
Assist with Omni‑channel processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Basic computer skills.
Previous custom framing experience (preferred).
Retail management experience.
Experience leading a sales team.
Physical Requirements Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
Ability to move throughout the store.
Capacity to stand for long periods.
Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Work Environment Public retail store setting; climate‑controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; occasional outdoor work to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks. Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
