The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience and the ability to manage in office tasks effectively. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, construct and shape materials, and oversee crew operations. Your role is critical in maintaining, repairing, and renovating structures to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create estimates for labor and material needs
• Cut, shape, and join a variety of materials
• Construct foundations, walls, and roofing systems
• Coordinate work schedules on construction sites
• Supervise junior carpenters and other workers

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant carpentry experience
• Skilled with hand tools and construction machinery
• No formal certificate or degree is required
• Own transportation is necessary
• Willingness to work at various job sites
