Bilingual Collections Representative
This position is located in Mississauga, Ontario.

A Day in the Life
The role maximizes recoveries while minimizing collection losses. Responsibilities include:

Collection calls and/or correspondence on past‑due accounts greater than 5 days; make arrangements to bring delinquent accounts current.

Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process account adjustments, and resolve client discrepancies.

Finalize vendor invoices: verify accuracy, forward to accounts payable, and track on monthly/yearly trackers.

Reduce delinquency in the assigned region and queue; communicate and follow up with customers, dealers, and team daily.

Identify accounts requiring additional research or skip tracking and take timely action.

Answer incoming calls from customers and dealers about inquiries.

Follow training and quality models to ensure proper collection methods and quality customer service during all calls.

Perform other assigned tasks to support the Collections department.

Who We're Looking for

Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Business preferred or equivalent experience.

1–3 years of experience in Auto Financing (preferred), including Collections.

Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and oral.

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent telephone,



interpersonal, organizational, and diplomacy skills; ability to resolve contentious client issues professionally and diplomatically.

Presentation skills necessary for biweekly and monthly meetings.
