Responsibilities

Operate in a safe and efficient manner any City‑owned vehicle

Transport passengers in a City‑owned vehicle

Maintain assigned schedule of operation

Utilize two‑way radio in accordance with Transport Regulations

Deal tactfully and courteously with general public and other civic employees





Report maintenance requirements of the City‑owned vehicle

Clean City‑owned vehicles, facilities and equipment of the Transit Branch

Service City‑owned vehicles of the Transit Branch

Qualifications

Grade 12

Class 2A driver’s license insurable under City insurance

Physical ability to assist handicapped patrons
