Position: Home Support Worker

Working Location#1: Burnaby, BC, V5N 2M8

Working Location#2: Vancouver, BC, V6A 2G3

Wage: $24.50 per hour

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full time, Permanent

Benefits: 4% of gross salary or 10 days of paid vacation

Job Duties

Provide compassionate in-home support and daily assistance to ensure a safe, stable, and comfortable living environment

Assist with bedside support and personal care needs

Support regular physical activity, such as accompanying walks

Wash and care for clothing and household linens

Carry out light housekeeping and routine cleaning tasks

Offer companionship and social interaction





Assist with grocery shopping and purchasing household necessities

Job Requirements

Completion of Secondary School is required.

1 year of experience is required.

Criminal background check is required.

First aid certification.

Completion of a training program in care of the elderly or persons with disabilities, convalescent care or a related field is an asset.
