Join HUB as a Personal Insurance Associate based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The role involves receiving and processing policy-related documentation, coordinating acts such as policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and client communications.
Responsibilities
Review and sort incoming documentation including hard copy, fax, email, or electronic downloads for scanning, attachment, and invoicing of new business policies, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and other policy-related documents via the Broker Management Software System.
Process assigned internal activities such as automatic renewals, carrier letters, payment reminders, client payment reminders, post-bind processes, policy checks, and sending policy documents to clients.
Maintain accurate records and ensure orderly disposition of all documentation received for the Personal Lines departments.
Qualifications
Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent.
Level 1 insurance license required.
Minimum one year of customer service experience.
Basic knowledge of personal and commercial insurance.
