Suite Attendant
The Suite Attendant plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest suites and assigned areas. Responsibilities include ensuring every guest room meets the hotel's high standards of hygiene, organization, and hospitality while supporting a welcoming and memorable stay for every guest.

Responsibilities
Guest Room Care & Cleanliness

Clean and service assigned guest suites according to established housekeeping standards and procedures.

Make beds, replace linens, and remove used towels from guest rooms.

Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean interior windows, and maintain overall room cleanliness.

Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms including sinks, bathtubs, showers, mirrors, and toilets.

Replenish all in-room amenities and guest supplies to ensure comfort and convenience.

Operational Excellence

Maintain proper use of all cleaning equipment and products while adhering to safety procedures.

Ensure housekeeping carts and supply areas are fully stocked and organized daily.

Track, update, and manage assigned room statuses throughout the shift.

Complete room assignments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department.

Guest Experience & Service

Demonstrate a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests.

Take initiative to personalize the guest experience whenever possible.

Respect guest privacy and handle guest belongings with the highest level of care and professionalism.

Contribute to creating a clean, comfortable, and memorable environment for every guest.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with Housekeeping colleagues and supervisors to maintain daily operational efficiency.

Support departmental goals by maintaining consistent service standards and completing assigned tasks within required timelines.

Participate in departmental meetings,



training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all hotel policies, departmental procedures, and health & safety protocols.

Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleaning chemicals as required.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment while performing daily tasks.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.

Experience working in a fast‑paced service environment is an asset.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift while performing repetitive housekeeping duties, including bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting.

Frequent lifting and carrying of linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and equipment up to 30 pounds, as well as pushing and pulling fully stocked housekeeping carts.

Physical stamina and dexterity required to perform tasks such as bed making, mattress lifting, vacuuming, and maneuvering furniture, with occasional use of ladders, stairs, or step stools to access elevated areas.
