Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting all warehouse functions. Duties include package picking, warehouse stocking, inter-warehouse transfers, forklift operation, security, organization and cleaning, recollecting material, delivery, sales information service, and other related tasks.

Some travel might be required.

Compensation
$20.00 per hour plus perks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Complete the early pick up of incoming packages.

Safely operate all heavy machinery for which training has been completed.

Ensure forklifts and company trucks are properly maintained on a regular basis.

Ensure all safety equipment is functional and in place at all times and follow all safety procedures.

Assist all Surplus Inventory Pickers, Inventory Auditors, and Inventory Support Associates with work requiring the use of heavy machinery.

Place incoming pallets and retrieve pallets.

Consolidate inventory bins and pallets.

Update inventory systems with all changes made to inventory items.

Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of all warehouses.

Transfer items to our facilities or other branches.

Empty warehouse trash and recyclables as needed.

Travel to other Radwell facilities or vendor pickups.

Metrics and Measurements

Log package handling and receipts; maintain standard handling counts and improve handling as inbound package volume increases.





Log warehouse activity; maintain daily records for equipment maintenance and operation.

Be evaluated on the accuracy of records kept and performance level against demand.

Work Schedule
This is a full‑time position: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. the schedule may change due to business needs. Employees are expected to report to work on time and may be required for additional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Detail oriented.

Computer literate.

Clean driving record.

Must be able to pass a DOT Physical.

Knowledge & Skills Required

Computer proficiency.

Ability to multi‑task.

Ability to work at a fast pace.

Attention to detail.

Problem‑solving abilities.

Good communication skills.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Forklift license (necessary).

Valid driving license (necessary).

Physical Demands

Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.

Frequent walking.

Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion.

Lifting up to 10 pounds repeatedly; up to 35 pounds frequently; up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Employee Evaluation Summary

Introductory Review – written approximately 80 days after employment to determine continued employment.

Quarterly Reviews – brief written reviews focused on quantitative performance and activity measurement.

Annual Reviews – incorporate quarterly reviews, attendance, job knowledge, overall performance, and dependability.
