Description We currently have two (2) permanent, full time positions available for Call Centre Representatives to join our AccuSource Team (a division of Mainroad)! This is a long-term opportunity that includes a comprehensive compensation package, including a group benefits plan, RRSP matching at 5%, share purchase options, and three (3) weeks of vacation to start, offering both stability and strong support for your well-being and future. Call Centre Representatives are the pulse of Mainroad—they are the first point of contact for our clients and the general public. This position will be based out of our office in Port Kells, Surrey.
Please note: This is a full-time, permanent role that requires availability for weekday and weekend morning and afternoon shifts (6AM-2PM & 2PM-10PM). Your schedule will follow a 4 days on / 2 days off rotation. Shifts are 8 hours in length, and you must be available for at least two weekends per month.
In addition, employees could be eligible for a performance based bonus up to $2,088!
About AccuSource
AccuSource Communications LP is a 24-hour communications centre which takes calls and responds to the public on changing highway/road conditions, hazards, and incidents. Our fast-paced call centre requires quick response times, accuracy in data entry, urgency to assist and patience to help the general public in stressful situations.




The successful candidate shall have the following qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience
Able and flexible to work scheduled shift pattern, including days, afternoons, and graveyards
Able to work alone with minimal to no supervision
Able to work exceptionally well in a team environment
Able to multitask while working in high pressure situations
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of computers, data entry, Excel, Word, and strong typing abilities
Knowledge of social media platforms including, Facebook & Twitter
Knowledgeable in the geographic layout of the lower mainland considered a strong asset
Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Answers inquiries from the general public regarding road and traffic conditions in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner
Logs all incidents promptly, clearly and accurately so that any entry can be used in minor or major investigations
Keeps a log of all calls
Identifies operational problems and promptly notifies the road crew
