Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in our Infant & Toddler room. In this full time position, you will work Monday to Friday and must be adaptable to meet the varying needs of our children. This role involves a significant amount of walking, ensuring that you remain engaged with the children as they explore their environment. Your role is vital in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating atmosphere where children can explore, learn, and develop essential skills. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s lives while advancing your career in early childhood education. Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children.
Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom setting that encourages curiosity and independence.
Monitor and assess each child’s progress, tailoring activities to meet diverse needs,



including those with disabilities or special education requirements.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support ongoing development and address any concerns.
Maintain accurate records of children’s attendance, progress reports, and classroom activities.

Requirements
Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments
Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members
Excellent organizational skills for managing classroom activities, documentation, and time management tasks
Writing skills necessary for preparing reports and communicating progress clearly
