Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Key holder to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Duties
Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Support sales associates in achieving sales targets through effective upselling and product demonstrations
Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and perks of various merchandise, especially technology products
Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays and organized shelves
Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments via POS systems
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction




Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and inventory counts
Train and mentor new staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service protocols
Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and communicate store promotions effectively

Requirements
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles; experience in technology sales is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers through upselling techniques
Knowledge of merchandising principles, POS systems, and cashiering procedures
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, demonstrating leadership potential as an Assistant Manager
Flexibility to work diverse shifts as needed; prior experience required

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
