Job Overview

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Workers to join our manufacturing team in Mississauga. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with delicate products and take pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble shutters and blinds according to work instructions and quality standards.
Handle delicate and fragile components with care.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
Package completed products for shipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work efficiently with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Qualifications




Previous assembly line or manufacturing experience is an asset.
Experience handling delicate or fragile products is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Patient, reliable, and able to work in a quick-paced environment.
Valuable hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
