We are seeking a passionate and professional Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, body waxing, facial , threading , relaxing massages, manicure and pedicure ,.This role requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest services. As an Esthetician, you will also engage in retail sales, product demos, and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities
Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and makeup application with attention to sanitation and safety standards.
Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments and products
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with health regulations
Engage clients through retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos
Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and managing guest inquiries




Upsell additional services or products to enhance client experience and increase revenue
Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and ongoing maintenance for optimal results
Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge to provide expert adviceQualifications
Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures within a spa or salon setting.
Ability to perform retail sales and upselling techniques confidently
Excellent communication skills for guest interactions at the front desk and during treatment consultations
Experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
