Job Summary

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring dishes meet quality standards before delivery




Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing exceptional guest services
Ensure proper food handling practices are followed to promote safety and hygiene in all aspects of service

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
Robust understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting purposes
Experience in food industry roles such as serving or cashiering will be advantageous
