Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is friendly and outgoing, ready to help pet parents with exceptional service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers, helping them find the best food or accessory for their situation.

Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Interact with Pets that visit our store, spoil them with treats if possible.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving Pet Parents concerns or questions promptly.
Handle cash transactions accurately while making our customers feel at home
Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
Demonstrate solid phone etiquette when interacting with customers via phone calls.




Collaborate with team members to best serve our customers in store.

Experience
Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
Love of animals in a must, experience related to pet care is an asset
Friendly, Outgoing and strong communicator
Experience with cash handling is helpful.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
