Job Summary

The Business Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the overall growth, development, and operational excellence of the organization. This position involves overseeing business development initiatives, managing key client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives. The Business Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision, expanding market presence, and ensuring sustainable success through innovative strategies and effective leadership.

Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to expand market share and increase revenue streams.
Lead sales efforts by identifying recent opportunities, building client relationships, and negotiating contracts.
Oversee business development activities to establish partnerships and explore new markets.
Manage and supervise project teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.




Collaborate with executive management to set organizational priorities and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies across all business functions.

Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles with demonstrated success in achieving growth targets.
Solid background in project management with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Leadership experience with a track record of supervising teams and managing cross-departmental collaborations.
Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills capable of translating data into actionable insights.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage change effectively.

Pay: $9,000.00-$13,000.00 per month
