This role requires keen observation skills, Smart Serve Certification, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents, with a strong commitment carry out duties with style and a smile.

Must be:
Able to follow directives
Respond promptly to the ongoing fast pased workplace.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn different aspects of event security.
Able to ensure guest aren't overly intoxicated while on premises.
Maintain a positive, but firm work setting.

Experience
Previous experience in bars
Familiarity with small- medium crowds
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Being assertive without being disrespectful.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
