We are seeking a dependable, dedicated, and responsible PrepCook/Dishwasher with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including all workstations and equipment
Adhere to all food safety and proper food handling procedures
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service

Requirements
Minimum of two years of experience in a restaurant or kitchen workplace (required)
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
