Responsibilities
Provide personalized massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their health history, concerns, and treatment goals
Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in accordance with licensing and clinic policies
Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals when necessary
Ensure a clean, safe,
and comfortable treatment environment adhering to health and safety standards
Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, address questions, and foster trust and satisfaction
Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
Skills
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Clear communication skills to effectively explain treatments and listen actively to client needs
Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members in a rapid-paced environment
