Key Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments.
Prepare shipping documentation, bills of lading, and receiving records.
Verify incoming and outgoing freight for accuracy and report discrepancies.
Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Investigate and resolve shipping and receiving issues.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
Support warehouse operations and perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills
Minimum 6 months related experience
Experience working in warehouse setting
Excellent eye and hand coordination
Reliable and punctual
Strong team player
