Bartender / Mixologist – Island Yacht Club

Work on the Toronto Islands this summer, craft elevated cocktails, and be part of a high-energy team. (May–October). This is a hands-on role, you’ll be creating quality drinks, delivering excellent guest experiences, and supporting smooth, polished service during events.

What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
Execute efficient, high-quality bar service during clubhouse service & events
Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized bar
Engage with guests and provide a welcoming, professional experience
Collaborate with Event, Kitchen, and Service teams
Assist with bar prep, inventory, and breakdown

What We’re Looking For
2+ years bartending experience
Robust knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
Passion for mixology and presentation
Confident,



qualified, and guest-focused
Works well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Smart Serve (required)
Available evenings + weekends

Pay & Perks
Starting from $18.60/hour + gratuities with pay based on experience

Work on Toronto’s Muggs Island all summer
