Balson Pest Control & Wildlife Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Wildlife Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in complete wildlife exclusion solutions, handling everything from animal removal and structural repairs to insulation remediation and restoration.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a soffit and fascia installer, or equivalent experience as a framer or roofer
Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
Robust understanding of construction methods and exterior building systems
Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
Qualified attitude and solid customer service skills

Responsibilities
Perform wildlife exclusion and prevention work on residential and commercial properties
Install soffit, fascia, flashing, vent covers, chimney caps, and exclusion materials
Identify wildlife entry points and develop permanent solutions
Complete repairs associated with wildlife damage
Work safely at heights and in attics, crawlspaces, and roof areas




Document completed work and communicate professionally with customers

Starting wage of $30 to $45 per hour, based on experience
