Your Role

As our Team Lead Technician, you will:
Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and other vehicle makes.
Lead by example with high-quality workmanship and professionalism.
Assist and mentor apprentice and junior technicians.
Help maintain shop efficiency and workflow.
Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM tools and procedures.




Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
Work closely with the Service Manager and Advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
Licensed Automotive Journeyman Technician (Red Seal preferred)
Chrysler/FCA/Stellantis experience is considered a strong asset
Solid diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Leadership experience or the desire to lead a team
Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality
