We do NOT pay out by the hour, salary is based off commission. You take 50% cut for every haircut you give.

Responsibilities
Deliver skilled haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
Provide personalized consultations to recommend haircuts, styles, and grooming options
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety
Engage with clients through friendly communication, building rapport and ensuring satisfaction
Upsell retail products such as hair care and grooming items to enhance client results and increase sales




Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payment processing
Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continually elevate service quality

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Expertise in hair styling, cutting, shaving, and grooming techniques
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to uphold health standards in the salon setting
Effective communication skills to clearly discuss styles, products, and services
Ability to upsell retail products naturally while prioritizing client needs
Experience handling front desk operations including scheduling and payments
Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting products confidently
