Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver/Flatbed driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and productive towing services while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various types of tow trucks and equipment. Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities
Respond to towing requests in a timely manner, ensuring safe transport of vehicles.
Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Perform vehicle recovery and roadside assistance tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing explicit information about services rendered.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on towing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain accurate records of towing activities, including vehicle details and service times.




Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate towing operations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
Knowledge of automotive repair and mechanical systems is a plus for troubleshooting issues on-site.
Mechanical knowledge to perform basic repairs or adjustments on towing equipment when necessary.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
